Service Description

Supportive, professional evaluations designed to celebrate your child's growth and help your family remain in compliance with Florida homeschool requirements. At Ascending Grace Academics, annual homeschool evaluations are conducted in a warm, encouraging, and family-centered environment. As a Florida-certified teacher, I partner with families to review student progress, celebrate accomplishments, and provide the documentation needed to satisfy Florida's annual homeschool evaluation requirement. The evaluation process focuses on your child's individual growth, learning journey, and academic development throughout the school year. Families are invited to share samples of student work, reading logs, projects, assessments, portfolios, and other materials that demonstrate progress. What to Expect • Review of the student's portfolio and educational records • Discussion of academic growth and progress throughout the year • Opportunity to ask questions regarding homeschooling and educational planning • Professional evaluation letter documenting compliance with Florida homeschool requirements • Encouraging and personalized feedback My goal is to make the evaluation process simple, stress-free, and supportive while recognizing the unique strengths and accomplishments of each learner. Evaluation Details Rate: $50 per student Format: Virtual or In-Person Florida Certified Teacher Evaluation Evaluation Letter Provided Following Completion Payment & Booking Policy Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Accepted payment methods include: Zelle Credit/Debit Card (if available through booking platform) Appointments are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notification may be subject to the full evaluation fee.
